1. Scope

This Usage Policy/EULA applies to software, licenses, activation keys, files, and any ECU-related digital content and instructions provided by GTuningas.

2. Mandatory acknowledgement

2.1. Road use restriction: You understand that vehicle/software modifications may be illegal for public road use in your country and may impact inspections, emissions, and insurance.
2.2. You agree to use products only in compliance with applicable law and the provided instructions (off-road/track use if required).
2.3. You accept full responsibility for legal and technical consequences of modification and use.

3. License and restrictions

3.1. Digital content is provided for your own use as agreed (e.g., per license/per device/per order).
3.2. You must not share, resell, publish, distribute, copy, or circumvent licensing mechanisms unless explicitly permitted by GTuningas or mandatory law.

4. Support and “pay for work, not result”

4.1. You pay for professional engineering effort and support, not for a guaranteed result in every scenario, as outcomes can depend on hardware, vehicle condition, prior modifications, and third-party factors.
4.2. If we confirm we do not have a solution for your case, we will not charge you for work that was not performed / we will cancel the relevant part (as applicable to your order).

5. Breach

We may suspend or terminate access to digital content/services in case of fraud, chargebacks, illegal use, or redistribution.
