2. Scope & definitions

2.1. These Terms apply to all orders placed on gtuningas.com (the “Store”).
2.2. We sell physical goods (tools, devices, dongles, equipment) and digital content/services (software, licenses, activation codes, files, ECU-related digital deliverables).
2.3. Consumer means a natural person acting outside their trade/business. Business Customer means a customer acting for business purposes.
2.4. If you are a Consumer, mandatory consumer protection rules apply and override any conflicting clause.

3. Ordering & contract formation

3.1. You place an order via the Store checkout.
3.2. A purchase contract is formed when we confirm your order by email and/or when payment is accepted (whichever occurs first).
3.3. You must provide accurate information. You are responsible for consequences of incorrect email, address, VAT details, or other data.

4. Prices, currency, taxes

4.1. Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website based on your region/settings. Where currency conversion is used, converted amounts are estimates and may vary slightly due to exchange rates and payment provider rules.
4.2. VAT and other taxes are shown at checkout where applicable. For international orders, local taxes/duties may apply upon import (see Payment & Delivery Policy).
4.3. Bank/payment provider fees may apply and are borne by the customer unless clearly stated otherwise.

5. Payment

5.1. Available payment methods are shown during checkout.
5.2. In certain cases (especially for international shipping), shipping fees are collected separately via an email payment link (see Payment & Delivery Policy).
5.3. We may hold shipment and/or cancel shipping arrangements if shipping fees are not paid within the time stated in the Payment & Delivery Policy.

6.1. Delivery methods, timelines, shipping fee procedure, customs and import rules are described in the Payment & Delivery Policy.
6.2. Digital goods are delivered by email (link/file/code) and/or remote activation, as described in the Payment & Delivery Policy.

7. Digital content delivery & required information

7.1. Activation/delivery of digital items may require device/vehicle details.
7.2. We deliver digital items after receiving payment and all required information needed to provide the service.

8. LEGAL & SAFETY NOTICE (Road use / compliance)

8.1. Some products and/or digital modifications may affect the legal status of a vehicle, emissions compliance, inspection results, insurance coverage, and type approval.
8.2. You acknowledge that after software/ECU modification, a vehicle may not be legal for public road use in your country/region.
8.3. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, and for using modified vehicles only in lawful contexts (e.g., off-road/track use if required).
8.4. We do not provide legal advice and do not guarantee that any modification or product usage is road-legal in your jurisdiction.

9. Support, results, and responsibility

9.1. We provide engineering effort, guidance, and support according to the purchased product/service description.
9.2. You are responsible for correct installation/use and following instructions. Improper installation, misuse, or non-compliance with law may cause damage or legal consequences.

10. Warranty & liability

10.1. For Consumers, mandatory warranty rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
10.2. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, downtime, loss of data) or consequences arising from unlawful use, improper installation, or failure to follow instructions.

11. Disputes and governing law

11.1. Dispute resolution: courts.
11.2. Governing law: Lithuanian law, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
