PAYMENT & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Worldwide shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and customs processing.

2. Shipping cost is calculated after order placement

2.1. Shipping is not charged automatically at checkout.
2.2. After you place an order that requires physical shipment, we calculate shipping cost based on destination, parcel size/weight, and carrier rates.
2.3. You will receive an email with the final shipping amount and a secure payment link to complete shipping payment.

3. Shipping payment deadline (10 days)

3.1. You must pay the shipping fee via the payment link within 10 calendar days from when we send the shipping payment email.
3.2. If shipping is not paid within 10 days, we will cancel the shipment arrangement and contact you. The order may be placed on hold or cancelled depending on the case and product type.

4. Dispatch rules

4.1. Physical goods are dispatched after:

  • the product order is paid, and
     

  • shipping payment is received (if applicable).
    4.2. Tracking information is provided when available.
     

5. Digital delivery / activation

5.1. Digital content (links/files/activation codes) is delivered by email and/or remote activation after payment and receiving required activation details.

6. Customs, duties, import taxes

6.1. For international deliveries, local authorities or carriers may apply customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling/brokerage fees.
6.2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, these costs are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in product price or shipping fee.
